The project : Make an entry point for injecting hyaluronic acid with cannulas.
Our mission : To design a device that facilitates the pre-hole creation for cannula insertion and provides intuitive and secure guidance.
The story starts with an aesthetic doctor who realised that the needle for creating the entry point could double as a guide for inserting the cannula under the skin.
Less traumatic than a standard pre-hole needle for the patient, the ergonomics and geometry of EasyGuide provide comfort, ease of use, and precision in the procedure..
The Use Factory developed this innovative device, introducing a new procedural method.
This design has resulted in a patent filing.

Production Scale-Up
The Use Factory closely supported Softfil in the industrial definition of EasyGuide. This phase was conducted in partnership with a consultant possessing extensive experience in the development and industrialisation of medical injection devices.
Softfil did not have all the required internal resources to manage the industrialisation process. The Use Factory gathered a team of experts to help Softfil advance to product launch.
