The team at The Use Factory contributed by providing realistic solutions from both a usability and technological perspective. Interactions with users provided a clear understanding of their needs and the limitations they were willing to accept. Conceptual and experimental creativity approaches led to credible solutions and facilitated the product’s market launch.
