The Use Factory is a design, ergonomics, and innovation agency specializing in medical devices, healthcare solutions, and sports and training equipment. The goal is to develop products that optimally meet ergonomic and design criteria, enhancing the daily experiences of practitioners, patients, and athletes.

From the beginning...

The agency began its activities under the name Capital Innovation, focusing on the creation of innovative products in diverse fields such as home appliances, sports, childcare, and healthcare.
Driven by inspiring experiences in the healthcare field and a commitment to meaningful projects with human impact, the agency became The Use Factory in 2022, focusing on healthcare specialization.

Gradually, these intuitions converge towards a usage-focused goal and a comprehensive design vision, enriched particularly by user interactions. Along this journey, creativity enables overcoming challenges and advancing towards a more suitable and relevant design. The design phase then shapes and finalizes the industrial product.

As a result, the project is fully realized in all its dimensions, retaining the essence of the transversal analyses that structured and shaped it.
